Most of our items will ship in 3 to 14 business days. It depends upon the item. Since most of our items are special order and unique in their own ways; so is the shipping. We calculate the shipping at the time you place your order. All of our shipping costs are based on actual cost with NO mark up or handling fee. Since each customer has different needs and desires, we cater to you the customer. We always work hard to keep our shipping cost to a minimum and try to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
If for any reason you are not 100% happy with any of our non-personalized items you have 30 days from the order date to return them for full refund. You must contact our customer support number to get a return authorization number. Please do not send the item back without contacting us first. No package will be accepted without this return authorization number being obtained prior to shipment. When you contact our customer support number they will instruct you on the correct proecedure so that your refund can be issued as quickly as possible. Just call our customer service department for a return authorization number then return the product in its original package in a resalable condition with the return authorization number on it and it is as easy as that.
Please know that refunds cannot be issued on personalized items or urns or keepsake jewelry that has previously contained any amount or form of cremation ashes for any reason.
We recommend you send your return item via FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery.
We only refund return delivery charges on defective products or a mistake on our part only. If you ordered a stone product please know that the imperfections you view in the stone are not a defect of the stone. They are natural stones so any imperfection you see, mother nature put it there, not a human....
Damaged Goods Policy
If for ANY reason you receive damaged goods, PLEASE notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Please save ALL packaging the order arrived in as well as the manufacturers packaging. The carrier will want to inspect the damaged products and packaging. Please be assured we will work with you and assist you in any way possible to help resolve this issue to the best solution posssible.
Even though we have very little if any type of backorders; we ship them as soon as they arrive. If the backorder is going to be 30 days or more the customer has the option to cancel the order for a full refund or to choose other items instead of the backorder item. It is the customers choice. A special order or a personalized item is NOT considered a backorder.
